Just wanted to correct your science: forskolin is not a cAMP agonist. It acts directly on the enzyme adenylate cyclase, which in turn produces cyclic AMP out of the molecule ATP. cAMP then goes on to activate other enzymes within cells to alter their function. Because cAMP is such a ubiquitous molecule in the body we see it can have effects on a huge number of physiological processes… and the science is not out there that shows it is completely so. Just because it is a “natural” extract is no reason to be uncautious. Fercrissakes, opium, tobacco, ethanol… those are all natural and we all know the issues that come from careless use of these substances.
