If you need to reduce calories, start by reducing your fat intake. Keep your carbohydrate and protein consumption as high as possible for as long as possible to maintain your energy. Received it 4 days ago. I can feel my clothes getting more loose every day. I work at night and do a short 15 minute cardio 5 nights a week. I love it because I can take it in the morning before I go to sleep. I take it when I get up with Apple Cider vinegar (Braggs) and fresh squeezed lemon. I also take it with ACV and lemon water before sleep. Another thing I like is I haven’t been swelling in my ankles. Don’t know if it is the combination or the forskolin by itself. Will update later.
